1. Objects and tasks
1.1.  Developing of creative abilities. Moral and aesthetic education of children.
1.2. Experience change between the holiday participants.
1.3. Attracting attention of state organizations to developing children's creation.
1.4.   Organization of cultural leisure.
1.5. Strengthening of inter-regional collaboration through children's creation according to project “Veliky Ustyug – homeland of Father Frost”.

2. Founders and organizers
2.1. Vologda region Department of culture.
2.2. Affiliated office of  SECE RSTCC and RLS «House of Father Frost».
2.3. Administration of culture, sport and youth politics in administration of Veliky Ustyug municipal district.
2.4. Association “Votchina”.

3. Participants
3.1. Children's and teenagers' groups and performers from 5 to 18 years old take part in holiday.

4. Conditions
4.1. Participants send application to organizers before 25th April, 2010.
4.2.  Transfer, meals, living are payed by the participants.

5.  Bestowal:
5.1. All the participants get diplomas and souvenirs from Father Frost.

6. Date: 15-16 May, 2010.

Some changes may be in the program of the festival. Participants will be informed about them in time.
