Festival “World is full of kindness” for vocal-instrumental ensembles is organized according to program “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Father Frost” 10-11 April, 2010.
Festival is always beauty, excitement, improving of cultural level, performing in front of a big audience, new friends, and positive emotions.

1.  Founders and organizers:
1.1. Vologda region Department of culture.
1.2. Affiliated office of  SECE RSTCC and RLS «House of Father Frost».
1.3. Administration of culture, sport and youth politics in administration of Veliky Ustyug municipal district.
1.4. Association “Votchina”.

2. Objects and tasks:
2.1Support of children's and youth's creation.
2.2. Improving the skill of performers.
2.3. Establishing inter-regional connections in Russia through children's creation.
2.4. Stimulating leaders of the groups through enrichment of repertory for children and youth.
2.5. Attracting attention of state organizations to the problems of children and children's creation.
2.6. Popularization of project “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Father Frost”.
2.7. Patriotic education of children.

3. Participants

3.1. Children's and youth's groups (age 5-25 years) take part in the festival. Creative group consists of not more than 10 participants.

4. Age categories

I – 5-8 years
II – 9-11 years
III – 12-15 years
IV – 15-18 years
V – 18-25 years

5. Conditions
5.1. Participants send application before 20th March, 2010.
5.2.   Transfer, meals, living are payed by the participants (transport, excursions).
5.3. Payment for participation of one group is 1000 rubles.*

6. Categories
6.1. Participants take part in following categories: popular song, author's song, instrumental genre of patriotic theme and according to project “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Father Frost”.
6.2. Participants can take part more than in one category with an application for each contest.
6.3. Mark criterion:  artistic skill, repertory conformity to the participant's age.

7.  Bestowal
7.1. Every participant gets a diploma and a souvenir from Father Frost. Winners  get diplomas of 1st, 2nd, 3rd degrees.
