Festival of flower beds and landscape design “World of fairy tale – world of childhood” takes place in Father Frost's estate according to project “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Father Frost” on 6th June, 2010. The main idea of the contest is kind attitude to nature, world and beauty. Festival unites participants for experience exchange, acquaintance with kinds of landscape design.

1. Founders and organizers
1.1. Vologda region Department of culture;
1.2. Administration of Veliky Ustyug municipal district;
1.3. Affiliated office of  SECE RSTCC and RLS «House of Father Frost»;
1.4. Association “Votchina”.

2. Objects and tasks:

2.1. Expressing of national conception about man's attitude to nature.
2.2.  Attracting attention of state organizations to the project “Veliky Ustyug – Homeland of Father Frost”.
2.3. Creating and strengthening of family traditions.

3. Participants

Organizations, families, amateur flower-growers can take part in the festival.

4. Conditions

4.1. Participants send application to organizers before 20th May, 2010.
4.2. Every participant prepare necessary planting materials.

5. Bestowal

5.1. Every participant get diplomas and presents.
5.2. Winners get diplomas and money.

Some changes may be in the program of the festival. Participants will be informed about them in time.
