1. Objects and tasks

1.1. Rendering teenager's personality assistance in modern society, providing conditions for developing creative abilities and communicative experience.
1.2. Attracting pupils to active creation.
1.3. Organization of positive leisure, to divert pupils from negative influence of society.
1.4. Increasing the level of culture, acquaintance with essential principles of theatrical skills.
1.5. Experience exchange between the participants.
1.6. Opportunity of self-expression and self-realization of the participants, demonstration of personal abilities.
1.7. Cultural leisure for the district inhabitants.

2. Founders and organizers

2.1. Vologda region Department of culture.
2.2. Administration of Veliky Ustyug municipal district.
2.3. Affiliated office of  SECE RSTCC and RLS «House of Father Frost».
2.4. Association “Votchina”.

3. Participants

3.1. Pupils and students from Vologda region, regions of Russia and from neighboring abroad take part in the festival.
3.2. Age of participants is 7-20 years. 

4. Conditions

4.1. Team gives application to organizers before 8th October, 2010.
4.2. Team consists of 15 participants + leaders, who are responsible for health, life and properties of the participants, their performance. There should be a musical member, who is responsible for music and musical devices.
4.3. Team prepares “Musical contest” according to the main motto “ We open our hearts for a kind fairy tale” (not more than 10 min). Editors will watch the performances and correct them according to the “Program of the festival”.
4.4. Payment for participation is 4000 rubles for one participant*. This fee consists of charges for living accommodation, meals, special attributes, excursions and cultural program. Participants pay charges themselves. Payment is calculated for the festival period. 

5. Mark criterion

“Humor” - good, new jokes;
“Keeping moral and ethic norms”;
“Original performance” - individual creative acting;
“Acting” - assured, bright play of an actor;
“Quality of a performance” - impression of a director, a musician, an artist, a decorator. Conformity to the topic, time-limit, skill of using microphones.

6. Bestowal 

6.1. Team–winner gets Cup of Father Frost. Other participants get diplomas and presents. There are special presents from the organizers.

Departure of the participants.

Some changes may be in the program of the festival. Participants will be informed about them in time.
